Fat Burning Furnace System is a program released by Rob Poulos. It is a 158 page guide on how you can lose fats and gain lean muscle for you to look better and raise your RMR or Resting Metabolic Rate.
That is the “furnace” part, Rob Poulos talks about how you can raise your RMR so that each day your body will burns hundreds more calories, effectively putting you on a diet by that hundreds more calories each day without changing your eating habits.
Fat Burning Furnace System is a detailed and well written guide; although slow as the author starts with lots of introduction with statement about why he believes his methods work very well etc. The “meat” of the system start around page 24 after that are the information on exercise that carries on until page 104 then concentrating on nutrition at 105+.
Exercise
Rob Poulos workouts involve just weights and can be completed in just 20-25 minutes per day, three (3) times a week and two (2) times a week as you get further as he is not fond of extremely long workouts or even any kind of cardiovascular workouts.
The primary focus of Fat Burning Furnace is on performing a full body workout of specific exercises. However, to maximize the impact they have and concentrating on tiring the muscles out you need to perform them very slowly. So, unlike the three (3) sets of exercise most people are encouraged to do, you only have to do is one set of the exercises to allow you complete the workouts quickly.
In the guide, exercises are described in detail and there are photos given to show you what to do. If you upgrade and get the BlowTorch system, you also get two (2) hours of videos of Rob Poulos performing the BlowTorch routine himself. BlowTorch routine is different from the normal routines but does show you how to do some of the exercises covered in the main guide.
For those who haven’t exercised in years, the guide has also a “break in” routine, then a beginner, intermediate and advanced workout plan that you can work throughout. The BlowTorch System is similar to a super advanced workout which allows you to target specific areas of your body, this may be too much for most people and the main guide will give you more than enough to be working on.
Nutrition
The system covers nutrition as well for about 35 pages and a detail of what you should be eating to maximize fat loss, why he doesn’t recommend fad diets, not only that because also gives a very simple way to watch what you eat and give your body what it needs. The author takes you through lots of common perceptions on nutrition and gives his take on them which made a lot of sense to me just like why you put lots of weight back on after a traditional diet.
You will get a sample meal plan for a day and he gives you a site to go to for many free recipes you can use.
You can also get some planners to help track your progress, which you can print out, and some tools like a body fat percentage analyzer which is basic but serves its purpose.
